When Emma Tait (former FEMC Data Scientist) departed in May 2022, the staff identified coding with Python as the primary gap left by her absence. Although I had enough understanding of Python to run tool updates for FEMC and adapt code as needed, I enrolled in and have since completed 5 Python courses through the University of Michigan (Coursera).
